Account deletion

You can delete your Illurant account yourself, from any browser — the game is a website, so this needs no app install.

How to delete your account

1. Log in at https://illurant.com.
2. Open the Profile tab and choose Settings.
3. On the Profile page, choose Delete Account and confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately: your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, heroes, card collection, progression, ladder ratings and open sessions. Stored replays are cleared of your name within about a day.

What is kept, and why

Purchase records are retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Finished match results remain in your opponents' histories — anonymized, with no link back to you.
